6/15/11 - Rimouski - 68 miles

We had a short drive today and check-out wasn't until 1:00 pm so we left the campground around 12:30, so Karen and I had a little more time to use the fast internet and work on trying to get caught up on our Blogs....not sure that is going to happen! We got settled into the campground and had to go find a Fedex facility to ship our new modem back since it wasn't working and Pat was also looking for a parts facility for something he needs to get for the Tahoe tail-lights...evidently we shorted something out when we had the problem before we got to Wyoming. We found a Bureau En Gros, which is what Staples is called in Quebec. Purolator was the carrier for FedEx up here....it all gets kinda of confusing. Anyway the clerk was real nice and helped us get the modem packaged up and billed to our FedEx account. Karen and I found a really good Atlantic Provinces map that I'm sure will come in real handy in the next few weeks. We found a Freightliner and NAPA store...Richard found an oil reserve cap he needed but Pat couldn't find our part. We drove around a little and stopped at a Retro Cafe for supper and then headed back to the RV's. This park's Wi-Fi wasn't the best even though their sign was advertising it. Pat did get our dish to work here.
