Rose Blanche Lighthouse

It was beautiful hiking out to the lighthouse which was built in 1871 from a nearby granite quarry. After 70 years of existence the lighthouse was abandoned and fell into ruins. It was reconstructed fully in 1999 and has one of the best scenic views of the Cabot Strait.
