7/25/11 - The Cabot Trail - 225 miles

We loaded up the dogs in our car (since we didn't know how long we would be gone) and Karen and Richard took their car for this long all day trip. Cape Breton's Cabot Trail, at 185 miles in length, is one of the premier scenic highways in North America. Some half-a-million vehicles a year traverse the highland highway, making it Cape Breton's most popular tourist attraction. Talk about a 'Chamber of Commerce Day'.....we had a beautiful blue sky day!
