7/29/11 - Day trip to Rose Blanche

We stopped at the Visitor's Center and spent quite a bit of time talking to the two attendents and watching a video presentation of pictures taken throughout Newfoundland/Labador that were outstanding.....we wished that they would have had a DVD to purchase, but they didn't. Karen had broken a part on her glasses and we tried to find a place in Port-aux Basque that would have it but didn't have any luck. So we were off on our scenic drive to the Rose Blanche Lighthouse. The landscape was really different but beautiful. Just before getting there we went into a little cove and saw this clothesline going across the water inlet.....we've seen lots of clothes hanging on lines but not one out across water. On our picture that we don't have to down-size so much to go out on the blog there is a mirror image in the water.
