7/28/11 - Time to set sail!
We only had about three miles to go to catch the ferry and we wanted to top off the propane tank, so we left the campground at 8:15. Richard and Karen had left a little earlier and were done with their propane fill-up by the time we got there. We paid $5.14 per gallon for propane! The ferry terminal was right next to where we got propane so we were in line by 8:30. The ferry was scheduled to leave at 11:30 and we were suppose to be there by 9:30, so we had an hour to spare. We were instructed to park in Lane 3 for the staging process. We went inside the terminal and checked out the Newfoundland Visitor's booth and naturally got lots of information. The last two pictures are of Richard and Karen entering the ferry on Deck 3.
