Over 150,000 Tulips are planted at Windmill Gardens, however we were too late to see them. Holland has a Tulip Time Festival the first week of May. One of the other attractions in Holland is the Veldheer Tulip Gardens which is home to over 5 million tulips each year with bulbs & perennials arriving from the four corners of the world. Your need to time your visit in April/May to see them all in bloom. There are also over half a million tulips in City Park, public areas, and along the City streets. I would love to be here during their Tulip Festival, should be beautiful.
