Making preserves

The PEI Preserve company is recognized as Canada's finest maker of preserves. You can watch them bottling the jars and today's flavor was Wild Blueberry & Raspberry in Champagne....and it was really delicious. The jars are all hand bottled as you can see in the picture. There seemed to be a lot of shopping in their store and we did our share.
