We ate at Midtown Boomers....didn't get any pictures...but we had great service at this restaurant. Immediately we noticed that all the help were male except for one young girl. There were a few young guys but most of them were older....our waiter was extremely friendly and we asked him how long he had been working here and he said....33 years.....he had started in high school and then bought the restaurant from his father. He didn't write down any of our order and there was no ticket of the breakdown when done. His brother, niece and son were all working in the restaurant. The restaurant also had a great location....right across the street from the Metro Center where lots of events are held. After finishing dinner we walked down Argyle Street which is where lots of the pubs were. The Foggy Goggle is the one that Matt (the fiddle player from our first night on PEI) had told us about....he plays here on Wednesday evenings....but it was Thursday so we didn't go in.
