We planned on heading to New Hampshire today, however when we went to put the large slide in to leave it wouldn't go. There was a RV dealer right next to the campground so we went over to see if they could get us in to look at what the problem was. At first they said they were all booked up but as we talked to them more they said if we could get the motorhome over to them around 2:00 they could probably look at it. We paid for another night at the campground and Pat got three of the guys that were working on setting up the park models to help him manually push the slide in. The RV shop determined that the motor had gone out. We called Alfateers in Fontana, CA (we were glad for the three hour time difference) to see if they could ship a motor out overnight and they said they could.....but it wasn't cheap! Our problem was that if we didn't have it shipped overnight it wouldn't get to Maine until Monday which meant us staying another 4 nights.
