Bobbin lace

We watched two different women do bobbin lace work. I had never seen this before and it was very detailed and beautiful work. This is how lace is made and the patterns they used looked way to involved for me! There were 20 bobbins that they wind around each other. This was the process for making the lace that was used on so much clothing during this time.
