Looking down across the Yukon River at Dawson City. Note the large line-up of RV's that are waiting in line to catch the ferry across. There were two caravans scheduled to cross today and then a 3rd caravan that was scheduled to leave tomorrow, decided to leave a day early and really created a mess for those waiting to cross. We saw some leave our campground around 9:00 AM and they were still waiting in line at 5:30 PM.....we had decided to leave a day after the caravans did....of which we are very glad after seeing how long they had to wait.
