7/20/07 - 4th Day in Wasilla

The Alaska Native Heritage Center is a must-see for visitors to the Anchorage area. The center celebrates and shares the rich heritage of the state's Alaska Native cultural groups. The center is based on five cultural groupings. You can take a guided or self-guided tour of their traditional village sites surrounding Lake Tiulana. The five village sites are windows into the past. Each site has a native host to share about their traditional village. We didn't take many pictures today....guess we were paying more attention to what we were seeing and hearing than normal. Wildlife sightings today: None If you want to see where we are currently at (7/27/07) http://map.datastormusers.com/user2.cfm?user=2430
