Cabot Creamery

90 years ago independent farm families joined together to create the Cabot Farmers Creamery Cooperative in Cabot, VT - not just to do business, but to preserve the highest standards of dairy quality. Cabot Creamery is known for their cheddar cheese which has won every major award for taste. We saw some really pretty dairy farms in this area. When we took their tour there quality control is pretty tough and expensive to anyone that doesn't keep to their high standard.
