6/23/09 - Lee's Summitt to W. Omaha, NE

After saying our goodbyes to Renee and Rachel we headed north into Iowa and then on into Nebraska. I had wanted to go to the Quilt Museum in Omaha but we couldn't find any campgrounds in either Omaha or Council Bluffs, IA. Finally found a KOA in Gretna, NE which was about 30 miles southwest of Omaha. We were surprised at the lack of campgrounds here and ending up staying at a KOA....our most expensive camping site the whole trip $49.00. It was really hot and humid so Justin, Pat and I hit the pool shortly after arriving. We got two more state signs today.
